The estate of Il Torrino dei Gelsi covers a large area of 10 hectares with olive groves, ancient mulberry trees and flowering meadows. The main farmhouse with its stone porch, 

the Chalet del Baco and the large wrought-iron gazebo with seating for 200 people make it possible to organize all kinds of events: from large weddings to small corporate meetings, including private parties and courses of various kinds. We have an in-house kitchen and staff and guarantee only high quality, zero-mile products in full respect of the traditions linked to our land.

The meeting aimed at learning about the new business model of rural tourism M&M centered on multifunctionality and a multifocus targeting strategy created and illustrated by Dr. Livio Terilli closed with a lunch tasting of typical local products and new olive oil from the Azienda Agricola Il Torrino dei Gelsi. The delegation invited Dr. L. Terilli, past president of Agriturist Lazio and current president of the DMO Terre di Otium, to Poland for a full immersion aimed at training local entrepreneurs involved in rural tourism and evaluating the opportunity of the adoption of the M&M model”
